Smoking is an excellent preservation technique that adds a whole new dimension to your dishes. During this workshop, we will prepare the best smoked salmon you’ve ever tasted, as well as smoked butter and cheese. We will also make smoked bacon. Lunch will be a unique combination of the smoked foods prepared during the morning. Price: €65 per person, including a three-course lunch.
